  • How do I prepare for a remodel?

    Prepare your space by cleaning and sorting your cabinets. This is a great time to declutter! Set up a temporary kitchen in your house, to the best of your ability. Cover any furniture, move plants out of the space. Make sure your pets can not get into the work area. There are many things their paws should not touch or that they lick!

    All pros, in my opinion!

    1.) COMFORT, walking around on warm floors feels and is luxurious, especially after getting out of the bath. Here in the PNW it makes sense during our cold winters. This also helps with your heating bill, the warmth from your floors maintains a certain warmth at the bottom. Great for pets as well during the winter.

  • Should I add a Patio or Deck?

    1.)Extra space for lounging, meditating, or outdoor cooking!

    2.) Put a hot tub on it, enjoy your evening tea on the balcony…that sounds nice..righ?

    3.)Year round use, with the stuff available online like heaters, firepits etc you can use your patio year round!

    4-5 days considering your material is onsite. We work with our clients to accommodate their needs. We had a bath done under 24 hrs for an older gentleman.

If the basement is well-sealed, moisture-controlled, and you still wish to have the look of hardwood, engineered hardwood or wood-look alternatives like luxury vinyl plank, carpet or laminate designed for basement conditions might be better options goes here

    Given that all material is on site, 5 days roughly. Day 1 - Demo

    Day 2 - Prep

    Day 3 - install material, flooring and fit back bathtubs, toilet.

    Day 4 - Let material cure and set

    Day 5 - Finish up with plumbing, clean up area.
